Since the development of smart phones and the constant growth of the smart phone technology, more people are choosing to shop online using their mobile phone.
In 2014, the push for eCommerce sites to be mobile friendly had begun. People browsing the web on their mobile phone had started to overwhelm the internet. eCommerce sites that’s not mobile friendly has seen a decrease in sales. It’s 2017 now. Mobile app is next. Big retailers already done it. Now, you have to do the same.
